The Pnuma Selkirk Jacket has everything you would wish for in a weatherproof hunting jacket. It's waterproof but incredibly breathable and warm without being bulky. Plus, it's soft, flexible, and whisper-quiet even when cold. That means you stay warmer, dryer, and more silent even in the harshest conditions, and that's guaranteed for life.
Be prepared for anything the elements can throw at you. In extreme weather, comfort is measured by how dry and warm you stay. The hunting industry measures it by Moisture Vapor Transfer (MVT) ratings for waterproofness and breathability. The higher the MVT rating, the drier, and more comfortable you will be. Until now, the highest breathability ratings on the market were between 20,000 and 50,000. The breathability rating of the ultra-thin Porelle Extreme membrane in the Pnuma Selkirk Jacket checks in at an unstoppable 120,000. Selkirk's super micro-brushed Tricot outer fabric is deadly quiet, protected with 3M DWR for water repellency, and features world-class YKK waterproof zippers. The Pnumagrid fleece lining focused on your core warmth allows you to comfortably layer up or down as conditions demand. To complete the package, added protection from PnumaGuard™ non-slip, wear-resistant overlays on jacket shoulders and elbows will protect your investment for years to come. And that's guaranteed for life.

Let's start off with I'm 57 years old and have purchased a lot of jackets over the years and all of them at some point found their way to the trash or donated. I confess when I pulled the Selkirk Jacket from the box I was very skeptical because of the light weight, I put the jacket on and was pleasantly surprised to a PERFECT fit, my wife even said thats a really good looking jacket and not just "O" you bought another jacket.. With unreasonable high temperatures in the mountains of Northern California today January 25th was the first day I had to put my Selkirk Jacket to the test, with overnight snow but clear and cold morning temp of 19 degrees i set out for a walk. First out of the truck i put my cell phone in the first chest pocket a small pair of binoculars in the other, for sure my Copenhagen in the sleeve pocket, snacks and wallet in the lower pockets, I didn't need the 2 inner pockets at this time but will sure be handy during hunting season. Through the brush the Selkirk was extremely quiet, the small bill fits great over my ball cap and keep the snow falling from the trees out of my face. After 2 hours I returned to my truck NEVER ONCE got cold 🥶 this was extremely important to me, at the truck I unzipped the jack to find myself completely dry along with my 35mm camera I had zipped up underneath, when I removed everything from the outer pockets all was as dry as it was when I put the things in. If I could give this jacket a higher rating I would 5☆plus from me, from the perfect fit, quite in the field, plenty of pockets with SUPERIOR ZIPPER design to keep you things dry, the Selkirk will also keep you warm and dry for sure and it also look great. Sorry this was so long but I'm just extremely impressed with my Selkirk Jacket. I have also purchased 2 iconx heated core vests, 2 heated core pants, 4 iconx base layer long sleeved shirts, 4 iconx base layer pants, just to let you know how much I'm impressed with Pauma Outdoor Products
Very satisfied with product, looking forward to using it next hunting season. I do wish they made women’s hunting gear.
I'm 6'2" and 175 pounds. I normally buy my jackets XL because of shoulder width and arm length but the Selkirk jacket Large fit perfect.
Great jacket keeps your body warm and dry. Also keeps the wind out. The only think I can complain about was hunting in the slow after 2 hours from the elbow down got wet. But I was laying in the snow. Standing up in rain didn’t have any problem.
Pnuma with out a doubt best deer hunting clothing you can get.
Simply put, best hunting clothes i have owned. When they say "all season" they mean it. It breathes, handles moisture extremely well, and keeps you warm when you need it. Well worth the money, and i have been very happy wearing the clothes during all hunting conditions. Many times when i simply take a walk in the woods, i wear this stuff as well.
Fits great - looking forward to wearing on a hunt - mine was cancelled this January due to Covid - until next year!
