Received my coat on 11-15-21 Been hunting for 53 years and have tried/worn multiple brands and styles of clothing. I am 6' 4" 220lbs and finding clothes to fit can be a problem. I used it for 44 days of hunting. I used it to hunt deer in Va. & Md. The temperature ranged from 65* to 15*. Iwas doubtful in the beginning. The coat seemed thin & flimsy but to my surprise it worked excellent down to about 15*. Of course, layering is a personal matter and with a vest I was comfortable wearing this coat down to about 15*. The coat is windproof & water resistance, and I had no problem wearing this coat in the rain. I did not use this in a heavy down pour, but I would feel confidant if I was caught out in one while hunting. The fit was great. The coat was quiet. My only request is that Pnuma needs to make a jacket version. Don't change anything just make a jacket version. For stand hunting the coat was a little long if zipped up, for walking /stalking it was perfect. Yes, I would recommend this coat
This is nice gear! I don’t even know the wind is blowing while wearing it. Love all the pockets! Only downside is size. Runs a little small. I have a large, and an extra large. Only real difference is in the sleeves, and tail. No Gouda if your built like a dwarf from middle earth.
Very satisfied with this jacket. I am a large man and the fit was perfect for me. I also like the different ways I can position the hood depending upon the wind and the sun. When it first arrived I was not sure about the warmth, the material seemed very thin but it works, no complaints there at all. Will be purchasing more of these products.
I purchased the Waypoint jacket, pants, and vest for early mid-season bowhunting. First the quality is outstanding and the side venting is a great feature. I also purchased the hoodie and base layers which are merino wool. Very comfortable and quiet, but you'll have to wear each outer layer to break in and work the slight stiffness out of the garment. If your a bow hunter your going to love the zip up legs on the pants but also love the jacket as a packable item if you wear a vest in lieu of a jacket like myself early season. Its warm and wind doesn't cut thru the garment at all. I highly recommend these garments for bow hunting
This set is awesome. Ran around hunting on a quad in 20 to 40 degree weather and was warm. The wind resistance is fantastic. Speeds up to 70 mph. Lots of pockets. Don't be knuckle head. Buy it!!!!
I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves it!! He needed a new hunting coat but wears it almost everyday because it’s so warm and stylish! He gets compliments on it every time we go out! He is 6’1 and about 275 pounds… I got him size 2XL-Tall and it fits a bit loose, but that’s how he wanted it so he could layer clothes under if needed! It fits great with a sweatshirt under it & it’s not too big or baggy when he doesn’t wear a sweatshirt! It is true to size! It was nicely packed and the shipping was extremely fast - got it in 2 or 3 days!
