Before sending your item for repair, it must be clean (washed and air-dried). Garments sent with dirt, offensive odors, or stains—even blood—will be returned without repair or replacement. Dirty items violate health standards and prevent effective repairs.

Mark the area needing repair using painter’s tape or masking tape. Minor or hard-to-see issues are easier to locate this way, helping our repair team address the problem accurately.

Warranty specifics for IconX Heated items:

• Batteries, chargers, and internal heating elements are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
