We proudly stand behind the quality of everything we sell. All of our products are fully warrantied against defects in materials, quality, and workmanship. With proof of purchase, any damage due to wear and tear will be inspected by our Warranty Team. If the item cannot be repaired, then it will be replaced. If your item has been discontinued, or is no longer in stock, you will be reimbursed in the form of a gift card, at our discretion.

We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item and will not be responsible for missing/undelivered packages. Tracking information provides proof of delivery. It is your responsibility to monitor the shipping progress of your package from point of origin through final delivery with your shipping service. The decision to purchase insurance, while highly recommended, is at your discretion.
Before sending an item(s) in for repair it/they MUST BE WASHED (hand-washed, air-dried). Clothing sent to us containing dirt, odors, and/or blood will NOT be repaired or considered for replacement. The item will be returned. First of all, it’s gross to do that to someone working hard to repair your issue. Second, it violates health code standards. Lastly, a good repair cannot be made on soiled garments.
With masking or painters tape only; mark the area in need of repair. Some repairs are very small or hard to see due to the style or gear type. Marking the area with tape ensures the repair center may easily find your problem.
PRINT A COPY OF YOUR WARRANTY AND INCLUDE IT INSIDE YOUR
We will email you a copy of your warranty claim, which should be printed and held until you receive a claim number and shipping instructions from a Customer Experience Specialist, usually within 48 business hours.
Please write your claim number on the form and box being shipped to repair. Failure to include the claim number could result in significant delays returning your gear.
