Shipping policy

We make every effort to ship orders received prior to 12:00p CST Monday>Friday the same day. Orders received after 12:00p CST Monday>Friday will ship the following day. Orders received on weekends will be shipped Monday. During peak volume periods, it is possible orders received on weekends could take until Tuesday to ship. Purchases are filled and shipped in the order received.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes. You must provide us with a street address when ordering.

Backorder Policy

Backorders are allowed for in-line products that we have additional units on order, so you can purchase when you need them and we will ship them to you when they arrive.

In-stock items will ship immediately as scheduled.

Backordered items will ship separately once available.

We will cover the shipping cost for the secondary shipment of your backordered merchandise — no additional charge to you.
