At Pnuma, we are committed to providing quality products that enhance your hunting experience. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a Lifetime Warranty on our entire line of Pnuma products.
Should you encounter any stitching issues, tears, rips, zipper malfunctions, or other issues while in the field, we're here to assist you. We will repair or replace any problems that arise from regular use.
With this promise comes some common sense restrictions. Your warranty will be void if your product comes into contact with heat sources. Additionally, we will not cover damage caused by pets chewing on the gear, exposure to chemicals that degrade the fabric, ozone chambers or treatments, permanent stains, loss, or theft.
If you believe your gear qualifies for repair or replacement, please start a warranty request and include photos of the garment and areas of concern.

Heated Core Warranty
Heated Core provides a comprehensive warranty to ensure customer satisfaction.
Electrical Components:
All electrical heating components, including batteries and chargers, are covered by a one-year warranty.
After the initial one-year period, we are unable to replace or repair any electrical issues within the garment or accessories.
Material Damage:
Lifetime warranty coverage is offered for any material damage to the garment, such as holes or tears, adhering to the standard warranty guidelines mentioned above.
