Pnuma Outdoors Lifetime Warranty

At Pnuma Outdoors, we are proud to offer one of the strongest warranties in the industry. We stand behind the craftsmanship and performance of our gear. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. 

 What is Covered

This warranty covers: 

• Failures due to manufacturing defects
• Faulty zippers, seams, snaps, and stitching

 What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidents and misuse (snags, cuts, burns, or improper care)
• Ozone treatments
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the performance of the garment such as stains.
• Alterations, modifications, or repairs by third parties

If your item qualifies for warranty coverage but can't be repaired and replaced, we'll issue a store credit e-gift card for the original purchase price. If no receipt is provided and we can't verify the purchase amount, the credit will reflect the lowest price of the item in the past two years. 

 How It Works

Submit a claim using the Warranty link below. You will be asked for:

• Photos of the issue
• Proof of purchase (if you have a receipt)
• A brief explanation of what happened

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.

If your claim is approved, we will:

• Repair the item (when possible), or
• Replace it with the same item, or
• Issue store credit if a repair/replacement is not available.

All returned items must be clean and free of debris or odor to comply with health and safety standards.

Heated Core Warranty 

Heated Core provides a comprehensive warranty to ensure customer satisfaction.

Electrical Components:

All electrical heating components, including batteries and chargers, are covered by a one-year warranty.

After the initial one-year period, we are unable to replace or repair any electrical issues within the garment or accessories.

Material Damage:

Lifetime warranty coverage is offered for any material damage to the garment adhering to the standard warranty guidelines mentioned above.
