I ordered the coat and pants for a 9 day hunt that was forecasted to have 4 days of rain, even paid for 2 day shipping. The arrival of said clothing immediately changed the forecast! 8 hunting buddies were VERY grateful for my purchase! Haven't worn yet, due to no rain, but they appear to be the nicest rain suit I've ever owned! The customer service was amazing as I needed to exchange for a larger pant size and it was hassle free. I will definitely order more from Pnuma!

Superior Warranty and Customer Service

I purchased the 3L Element Caza pant a couple years ago.. they served me well until I was on my trip to Alaska a couple months ago. The pants kept me dry and warm but the leg zipper broke. When I got home from my trip I contacted Customer Service. They filled me in on what to do. I’m not kidding I had a new pair sitting on my doorstep in 4 days. Outstanding job Pnuma.
